The Randall Foundation's mission is to invest in the youth of Horry County, by providing kids with opportunities through a number of different fundraising events and higher-education scholarships.

 

Our goal is to encourage education, motivate and empower them to advocate for themselves and make healthy decisions for their future.

About F. Jerome Randall

F. Jerome Randall was born and raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He is the youngest son of Fred and Angie Randall Livingston. Jerome is married to Wanda Randall and is the proud father to Austin and Adam Randall. Growing up sports was a vehicle for Randall to be free from all worries as a youth. To occupy his time and to keep him from dwelling on negative things, he played every sport. He played baseball, soccer, basketball, football, and track. His motto back then that he still goes by, "To be the man, you have to beat the man!" Randall attended North Myrtle Beach High School, after graduation, he pursued higher education at SC State University where he obtains a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Randall also obtains a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling from Webster University.  Mr. Randall holds a 30 year tenure at the Horry County Public Defender’s office as the Chief Investigator. A former Commissioner for Horry County Planning and Zoning and currently a Commissioner for Horry County Higher Education. Mr. Randall is CEO of FJR Consulting & Construction Company. Staying active in his community is a top priority. He is a member of the Upsilon Beta Beta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity Inc., Silver Star Lodge #333, Palmetto State Law Enforcement Officers Association, Founding member of the SC Public Defender Investigators Association, and many other civic and professional organizations. He has volunteered at the Horry County Parks and Recreational Center and is currently a volunteer football coach with the City of Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach High School. Fellowship of Christian athletes and Sponsors. 

 

Randall exudes positivity every day with his passion to serve and help others.
